Who do I call if I have a maintenance request?

All maintenance requests should be submitted to the office staff so that a work order can be given to our maintenance technician. You may contact us by using one of the following methods:

What is considered a maintenance emergency?

A maintenance emergency is something that is a threat to your safety, the structure of the building, or the safety of others. Some common examples would be:

  • A fire
  • A leak/flood
  • Power outage
  • A blocked toilet if you are in an apartment that only has one bathroom

It is important to note that a lockout is not considered a maintenance emergency. If a staff member is onsite and available to assist you after hours, a $25 fee will be charged.  If no staff member is available, please contact a locksmith.


Can I pay my rent online?

Coming Soon! However, at this time, Heritage Park does not offer an online payment option.  You can always set up a bill pay option with your bank. They can deduct a payment on the date that you choose and send a check to the Heritage Park office each month. If you have any questions, please contact the office.


Do you offer a referral bonus if I refer a friend to live here?

Yes, we offer a $150 referral bonus to any resident that refers a friend to the community. Please visit our ‘refer a friend‘ page to send us their information!


How can I get to know my neighbors?

The leasing office staff hosts community events on a regular basis. We encourage all of our residents to attend so that you can have a chance to get to know your neighbors in a fun environment. You can pick up a monthly newsletter that has a calendar for all events at the office, there is a blackboard with what’s going on that week!


What shopping is nearby?

Heritage Park is centrally located and has a major grocery store within 1 mile to the south and north of us. We are located adjacent to beautiful ChinaTown where there are a variety of retail shops as well as numerous specialty shops and professional service businesses. Dining options include locally owned restaurants and well known chains. We are within walking distance to anything you may need and we offer a FREE weekly shuttle to WalMart! Heritage Park is just 2 miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip with lots of area casinos to enjoy!


Are there washers/dryers in the apartments?

There are not laundry facilities in the apartment, but we offer FREE laundry facilities on-site!


Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We are small dog and cat friendly! Requirements are dogs under 25 lbs and indoor cats. No aggressive breeds. There is a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee with NO monthly pet rent.


Are you a gated community?

Yes, we are gated and we offer a courtesy patrol at night.


What are the normal qualifications to rent an apartment home?

At Heritage Park, we’re proud of our commitment to support equal housing opportunity in which there are no barriers due to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Because Heritage Park is a senior apartment community, applicants must be 55 years of age or older and make a minimum of at least 2x the amount of the rent.
